We strive to personally get in touch with potential candidates as soon as possible. After the first contact has been made and both the candidate and TAT see that the service is indeed appropriate, the candidate sends in a CV. Depending on the circumstances, an online or face to face interview will then take place. When a successful match can be made, TAT guides the candidate in all relevant matters regarding the transition to the new challenge.
